Grateful and humbled to share my first Chinese MediaCorp Radio 95.8 broadcast on Psychodrama!

What began as a passion for experiential healing has now found its way onto the airwaves. ❤️

This milestone was never achieved alone.

My heartfelt thanks to Care Corner Singapore, Care Corner Counselling Centre, the professional MediaCorp Radio 95.8 DJs, colleagues, peers, friends, family, participants and volunteers who believed in and supported this journey.

It truly takes a village. 🌱

Psychodrama invites us to go beyond simply talking about our stories. Through action and experience, we can explore what lies beneath—our emotions, relationships, strengths, defences and deeper pain.

When we dare to experience, reflect and understand, we create space for healing and transformation.
