Safety, Connection and Healing through the Therapeutic Spiral Model:

SAFETY BEFORE HEALING ๐ŸŒฑ

Before we explore trauma, we build safety.
Before we go deeper, we strengthen resources.
Before change can happen, we create connection and trust.

The Therapeutic Spiral Model (TSM) reminds us that healing does not begin by rushing into the wound. It begins by creating enough safety to approach it.

Through experiential structures such as the Circle of Strengths, Compassionate Witness, Spectrogram, Social Matrix, Locogram, Circle of Similarities & Differences, Hands on Shoulders and Art Gallery Consolidation, the group becomes more than a place to talk.

It becomes a place to experience, witness, connect and grow.

๐Ÿ’ช Discover strengths
๐Ÿ‘๏ธ Develop the compassionate observer
๐Ÿค Experience belonging
๐Ÿงญ Explore relationships and choices
โค๏ธ Give and receive safe support
๐ŸŽจ Integrate learning creatively

The goal is not simply to uncover pain.

It is to build enough safety and strength so that we can meet our stories differently.

When people feel safe, they can become curious.
When they feel connected, they can take healthy risks.
When they feel witnessed, they no longer have to carry everything alone.

Safe people. Stronger groups. New possibilities. ๐ŸŒฟ
